The Job

We are hiring an entry level sales development representative to source and schedule meetings for our sales team.

Your main responsibility will be to build a pipeline of interested buyers using established sales techniques, such as cold emailing, cold calling, etc.

Overall responsibilities include: 

  • Sourcing and researching new leads each month
  • Segmenting leads based on available data 
  • Drafting emails to leads using or similar
  • Cold calling leads 
  • Early stage objection handling via phone and email
  • Scheduling meetings with prospects
  • Maintaining Salesforce records for contacts, accounts, and opportunities
  • Measuring your success using Salesforce, sourced revenue, and sales qualified leads

About You

We’re looking for someone that can manage the chaos of a startup. The right person knows to ask great questions but doesn’t require a lot of handholding to get the job done. You must be self-motivated, confident, and hungry to learn. In return, we’ll give you the experience and opportunity to start a great career in software technology.


You will stand out if you have:

  • 1-2 years of sales related experience
  • Familiarity with marketing technology and the B2B marketing buyer persons
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience with software
  • Experience cold calling prospects
  • Experience distinguishing MQL vs SQL
  • Researching prospects for outbound communication
