The Job

We are hiring an entry-level Client Success Rep to help onboard new clients and provide top-notch client support for any questions or issues our clients have. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate with superb communication skills looking to join a fast-growing technology startup. You will touch and learn parts of operations, sales, marketing, and product development. It's a great role for someone who wants to learn all parts of a startup -- possibly as training ground to launch their own company one day.

Your primary responsibility will be responding to customer outreach by phone, email, and chat. Over time you will also get the opportunity to work on projects and improve our approach to customer success.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing customer support tickets to identify patterns and recurring issues
  • Drafting help articles for the most common issues
  • Suggesting product ideas to resolve common support tickets
  • Automating our support process to make it as efficient as possible (eg, building workflows and auto-responders for common requests).

About You

We’re looking for someone that can manage the chaos of a startup, has the listening skills of a therapist, and the tough love skills of a coach. The right person knows to ask great questions but doesn’t require a lot of handholding to get the job done. You must be self-motivated, confident, and hungry to learn. In return, we’ll give you the experience and opportunity to start a great career in software technology.

You would really stand out if you have:

  • Experience with Intercom software
  • Experience with help desk software (Desk, Zendesk, Groove, etc. )
  • Experience establishing and meeting SLA for support tickets
  • Familiarity with marketing technology and the B2B marketing buyer persons
